Tinja is an award winning wealth manager and certified exit planning advisor dedicated to driving excellence through comprehensive financial planning strategies that grow and preserve wealth for her clients. As Chief Revenue Officer for EG Capital Holdings, a boutique investor solution firm, she brings strategic leadership and deep market expertise to institutional investment management.
Raised in her family's consultancy, Tinja understands firsthand the critical importance of planning with the end in mind to build and protect businesses, families, teams, and legacies. This foundational experience, combined with over 15 years as a strategic sales and business optimization consultant, has equipped her with unique insights into developing transformative proposals that drive change and exceed global market demands.
Sarah Smith
Chief of Staff
Sarah is an accomplished executive support professional with a proven track record in high-level administrative leadership. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she began her career supporting the executive team at Mohawk Flooring Corporation, a global organization with more than 20,000 employees. She later transitioned into the biotechnology and research sector, providing strategic support to Apple Tree Partners and its portfolio of startup initiatives. She is currently the Chief of Staff supporting EG Capital Holdings LLC.
Paul H. Graham
Growth Strategist
Paul is a serial entrepreneur and tax strategist, who helps business owners reduce taxes, unlock liquidity, and reinvest in opportunities that multiply cash flow beyond their core business.
With two successful exits and over a decade of experience across finance, product strategy, and capital allocation, he bridges entrepreneurial vision with institutional-grade investment discipline.
Before joining EG Capital, Paul built and exited ventures in tech and home services, including an AI SaaS company, and helped generate more than $160 million in enterprise value across firms such as Charles Schwab. He’s also the founder of The Investor’s Guide to Joy, author of The CPA’s Guide to Alternative Investments, and co-author with Shark Tank’s Kevin Harrington.
Paul has degrees in Management and Supply Chain Management from Colorado State University and completed advanced coursework in Data Analytics and Product Management through the University of Texas at Austin.
